Text of Complaint by Preeti Vishal Chaurasia:

Dear Sir,

Myself Preeti Chaurasia  having a saving bank account in Union Bank of India of kamothe branch, Navi Mumbai. I want to draw your attention to debited amount from my saving account without my permission and when I checked my balance I lost my ₹1,06,600/- and this happened due to poor response from bank in freezing the A/C for which they took approximately 2.30 hrs. Firstly how ₹ 1,06,600/- debited from my account since my debit card withdrawal limit is ₹60000/- in a day. And when I asked the same thing from bank customer care, their response was pathetic. Now I want bank to refund my debited amount since Bank allowed the transaction without my permission and how can more amount be debited from debit card withdrawal limit ? I have also attached the transaction details. This is clear case of ignorance and fraud. Kindly help me and do the needful to refund my hard earned money back.
