Sir ,myself Rahul Dev a student and I ordered a Allen Solly green trouser(order I’d – 114832422064500000)from Flipkart and it was a cash on delivery order..I paid using my debit card on swipe machine which they brought in first swipe an amount 1329 was debited from BANK OF INDIA CARD.i got the debit message but delivery boy told me it’s not paid and declined and the amount will come back in 5 min .pay again if u want this product then I paid again..it was again debited and I got the product but the amount previously debited not came back in my account incident happened on 03/03/2019.when I called Flipkart first they told me we have lodged a complaint u will get ur amount back on 8/03/2019..and I waited again on 8th march they told me to wait till 12th march 2019..and on 12th they are saying we have not got ur payemnt contact bank…they are denying to give back..
