On 10 February 1:09 pm I made a transaction to sri sai collections & Money has debited from my account but money has not credited in merchant account.
I have contacted PhonePe custome care they told to check merchants bank statement & he has shown me the bank statement & no money has credited in his account so I made another transaction from google pay and it was successful he got money. same bank statement i have shared with phonepe support but up to know their is resolution from phonepe
