Text of Complaint by Chayank Lohchab:

I did an payment of 1149 from paytm payments bank to an fampay account of IDFC First Bank the transaction was successful from the paytm payments bank but amount was never credited in the receivers account and when i mailed the fampay support they said there was no such transaction maid.
