I have ordered a FASTag from Paytm app date was 03.04.23, delivery date was 08.04.23 but still the show me ready to be shipped. 250 rupees debited from my account. No refund, replacement or cancellation allowed for this product. I have raised complaint to customer care so many times also requested them to inform me about the delivery date, but no reply came. Now what can I do?
