I had placed an order from a e-commerce website www.thepetcare.in. The money was debited after placing the order, but I never received any Order ID or confirmation mail. After following up on the contact number provided, the person keeps saying he will send the product but still hasn’t sent. Now he says he will refund the money but I still haven’t got any refund. There are multiple fraud complaints already against this seller please take action.
