I had ordered clothes from myntra worth 1399. The payment was through google pay on 23-11-2020 and showing payment successful. Bt order cannot placed and money debited from my account. I had enquired on myntra about this and they replied as they didnt recieve money. I cant contact G-pay. I had enquired on bank and filed a written complaint. I called them further and replied as they cant help. I called several times to bank, myntra, and filed RBI dispute in gpay. But no one replied. As i am a student i have a great value on 1399. So kindly get back my money.
