I have deposited an amount of 7000 rs to my coinswitch wallet but it still hasn’t been in my wallet yet neither have i got any refund in my bank account,they are not responding properly and i feel i am being cheated

Bcoz I transferred 100000 INR it was failed
From dec 03 / 2021 still Ididnt get refund
