Text of Complaint by Sirisha:

  1. I received a message that some fun portal is activated and money was cut from my mobile balance. It was neither known to me nor informed. I don’t even find an option in company services to solve my problem

It is very inappropriate and shameful to use consumer in tis way. It may be a small amount but considering the number of users and the money that have been cut unknowingly it is indeed a very serious issue
