Dear Team,
This is bring your notice that I purchased samsung galaxy mobile dated 18th may 2021 with order ID:OD121821684127829000 and supposed to be deliver on 21st May 2021 which didn’t happen. I tried 15 times in reaching customer service and none of them till date given any update and in return they turned off call and there by sending a text message customer not reaching call toll free number. This cheap tricks really made shameful act by flipkart shame on behaving with customer.
Now as money already paid for product now flipkart behaved wisely by
1. Disconnected phone.
2. Sending text message to customer as not reachable.
3. No cancellation process.
4. No whereabouts of delivery of product and its tracking status.
I would be greatful if you cancel the order and refund my money.
