my amazon pay later is auto debit setting with state bank of india. all the outstanding dues is auto debited on 05th of every month. currently three to four months, my outstanding dues has auto debited in right time but the payment is not updated in time to your bank so that penalty charge and remaining balance is credited to the next month due. now i have lodged a complain with customer care executive regarding this , they told me to wait 20 days . if i will wait for 20 days , then next due already shown in amazon app. another problem is in every month my outstanding due is mismatching with actual transaction. in the month of september 2023, transaction is very less, but the outstanding already shows as rs 11724 for october where i have not transacation of so much money. it is being due to your auo debit amount is not updated properly. i also given proof of payment to customer care.
kindly check the issues and take necessary action to update my auto debit payment in right time. kindly provide me all the transaction statement since i used amazone pay later to matching with auto debit amount of every month.
