Hello Sir/ Madam,
On last 7th Sept 2020 I have tried a payment for the purchase (Order # 404-2158953-1574716) of
Luminous Zolt 1100 Inverter + RC 15000 120 Ah Short Rs.15,200.00
Tubular Battery + Trolley which eventually was confirmed as declined from Amazon side whereas I got a message from my bank about the payment confirmation and the debit (EMI with down payment of 3800). After 7 days I have tried calling both sides to know about the refund status. From Amazon side I was told that the payment has failed from my bank whereas from my bank I got to know that the amount has been already authorized. I am sharing you some proofs from both side and request you to solve the issue in which I have been charged for no product or service obtained.
Hence, kindly do the needful.
