On 6th jan 2023 i had a engineer visit at my home for some tata sky issue..after resolving the issue , engineer told me that tata sky gave some offer of recharging for 5000 rupees and customer will get free box upgrade i.e.android , but its over now..if i need the box i have to pay 1799 rupees..for which i agreed thinking that may be i missed the offer , as i dnt use tata sky app daily or regularly.. after getting the new upgraded box , after few days i started receiving msg on app for free box upgrade with recharge of 5000 rupees..i called the engineer and told him that if offer was over , why am i getting this upgrade offer now , for which he said share screenshot and i will check , but no response from his side..then i contacted customer care regarding same and executive said that we will refund the money back..and closure time of call is 28th Jan .. then i received a call from some other agent who stated , money cannot be refunded as u already have upgraded the box ,i told her that i never called for this upgradation , it was tata sky engineer who told me this offer
But they refused for any refund..then i called the nodal officer , who said that they will verify and closure time of call is 30th Jan … but again i just receive a msg that call is closed..
I sincerely request to stop all this as it is spoiling the name of TATA…
Company is giving some services , but people in field are misusing it against customers who are unaware of this
I even told this to nodal officer that upgrade offer should come with old product , why offer coming after updation and money paid by customer
I request you to take this matter strongly and make some strong system so that old customers like me dont suffer
And plz refund my money back..i will recharge with 5000 as showing in app for 1 year service
