I order for Wireless Bluetooth Waterproof Extra Bass Speaker with 16 Hours Battery Life with Airpods Pro Combo – Blue × 1 on 17th May 2020. Paid Rs. 999 through PayUMoney via Transaction ID 321967618 to Divyanshu Jain.
I received a mail confirmation on the same day but till date there is no intimation regarding the delivery. When we contacted the customer care, one Mr. Rahul asked us to enter the Promo Code in the Amount field and send through PhonePe. There is something fishy about the transaction as my amount (Rs. 999) has been deducted twice (first on 17th May and second on 21st May)
