On 30th July Paid 2499 for one of the product listed in the site. I have visited the site as i got marketing email to my cell number.
After making the payment through Online, received an email stating “You will receive an email once the product is shipped” till today i have not received any email and sent multiple emails to support email address provided in the web site.
Please help to get the amount refunded

I’m also another victim of the same website.
I received an SMS for a Teclast T30 Andriod 9.0 4G Phone Call Tablet, which I wanted to present it to my wife. It took me to a website with all the product details. It also had lot of other products too, so I was carried away that its a good product website. I went thr’ the payment option and paid Rs.2,999
It send me an email immediately after payment, with order number and all the other details. The payment was done on 1st Aug 2020, but till date I havent received the product. I have submitted emails couple of times asking for updates, but no response.
After that I was doubtful and looked for any complaints and found this.
I have all the payment transaction details, can you please help me in the refund of the same too.
but for me it did the payment through shopify.com and that was different from all the images but the words were same.It delivered a message that your payment for Divyanshu jain was successful.
