I got notification on my bank as they have debited certain amount and I cannot stop it or dispute, I don’t even know the company. When I check debit order details its reoccurring debit. Ref : MS16130687-2

I had the same problem, however my amount was: R179 a month. In the month of May 2021 they deducted this x3. My bank also gave me the 031 582 8352 number with no luck.
I managed to get an alternative number, herewith 0861 188 826 and the email address is info@bestinternet.co.za

Can’t get incontact with these contacts 031 582 8352, as I can’t cancel my debit they made me did, they haven’t replied to my email, this is they’re email account: Support@productshop.co.za and this is the ref: MN4462055-1 they gave me
