I have a complaint about this MOBLESTORE.. For months now they have been debiting money from my account and yet I have never received any cellphone and data

My name is Dimpho motswenyane, its been over a year now since moblestore is deducting R99 from my account, i dont know them and i never signed up for anything with them.ive complained to capitec bank but they r unable to reverse it.
