I am reaching out to you to please cancel this debit order because you have been taking my money yet I have not received any of your product. I have been debited for almost 5 months now with no traceability no clear communication from you about the product I got from you.
This is illegal and if you proceed to deduct yet again from me I will be forced to take legal steps against you.
I did not receive the product purchased from you and no follow up or whatsoever was made.
My debit reference number is as follows: Moblestore MS65028818-2
Your prompt response to this will be highly appreciated.
