sir/madam, I got promotional message on 19.06.2020 in my mobile regarding Genex Galaxy M21 smartphone for Rs 2999/-, based on that i placed order by paying Rs 2999/-.
I got order confirmation mail with order MT3610 from the above mentioned seller that i attached here.Till now i did not get any product and when i opened their site i found it was fraud and closed, and also when i try to contact customer care no it was not in service.
Kindly take necessary action against this type of fraud people and arrange to refund my money Rs 2999/-
