Text of Complaint by Arun Kumar KD:

  1. Which is very very bad experience while i’m using airtel broadband. I never ever expected the bad services form your technical team members.

I have two question on airtel connections.

1 . How you are hiring the technical service persons in your respected company?

2. Why the technical person are not respect to consumers?

Coming to the story:

I have purchased broadband connection on 20th June 2020. One of your technical person is came to my home and he went placed the broadband. Network connection was given on that day.

I had issue on my network. so, i have raised the service request. Service number is below : 119080108.

I have received a call from one of your technical person. his name is “Arul”. He came to my home and he checked the connectivity. He said “your up stream is not more than 500 kbps, i will check your connection and i will get back to you once your network issue has fixed.” But, he did not checked any connectivity on my airtel broadband services. which is happened on 26th June 2020.

I got a call from second technical person on 27th June 2020. His is name is “Mohan”. Asusual, same function happened on this day too. But the problem was not fixed.

I got a call from third technical person on 30th June 2020. His name is “Arul”. Same person came to my home. He checked the network connectivity on his mobile phone. He did not fix anything on my network connection. Moreover, he don’t have common sense, how to treat and respect consumers.

Finally, i got the call from technical back-end team. His name is “Mohamed”. He explained everything. But, funniest thing is happened on my home. I lost the network connection on that day.

Totally, i have disappointed on your broadband service.

I know the situation of current pandemic. But, this not a correct way right? I hope you will fix this issue.
