I had purchased your tiitan wow t54 mobile phone blue from Amazon on Jan 13th 2020 with order number 406-3175029-8826760.since may 2020 the mobile’s touch screen is not working and the product is under warranty. Contacted many times the seller through call and email but he is not responding.contacted many times the Amazon customer support but they didn’t come up with a resolution.please help me as regards this issue
