Dear sir,
I bought Nokia 5 mobile from amazon august 2018, July phone was dead and i tried to get warranty service. But service centre denied with the bill provided by amazon. they provided bill with GST no, but service centre asked IMEI number mentioned bill. I tried amazon to get the bill and warranty is about to expire in 1 month. They didnt responded with the demend keep on postponding with fake excuses like investigation/ rules/ norms etc., Till today 13/09/2019 they cant able to provide any support and asking me to update IMEI number to their registered Amazon seller to get the bill. I Need service amount or warranty replacement from amazon or their seller. Their reply is very rude and cheating.
