I received a call from Bluelabel and they spoke about loans and said before checking my loan I must take mobile.sos first and I blatantly refused and they sent debicheck mandate authorization via sms and ignored it,to my surprise today on my bank app their debicheck is there and authorized so I want them to cancel that debicheck, cannot find their email anywhere and have no enough airtime to call them.All I wanted was a quote for a loan nothing else and did not authorize any debicheck, please help
