Text of Complaint by Kushal Kalvit:

I have booked a new Vi SIM Card online one week back. I also paid 299 rupees in advance for the monthly plan. The website promised that SIM Card will be delivered on the same day. It has been one week but no one has visited or even called for the SIM Card delivery. I called the customer care number and all I got was verbal reassurance without any result.
