Dear sir,
My claim under mobile shield was rejected as it had crossed 24 months from the date of manufacturing. Date of manufacturing is October 2018 and I had made a claim on 8 Sept 2020 which means it is 23 months and 8 days old mobile hand set. Claim reference no is 1991002926.
Kindly help to resolve the matter.
