I have recharged my mobile number [8089222670] through net banking for Rs. 598 on 17th May 2020 and received an SMS with Transaction reference [ 013816577136 ]. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile was not recharged. Till now I didn’t get any message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.
