Hi Team,
I have recharged Rs.199 plan from “my vodafone” mobile app to my vodafone prepaid mobile # +919176468487 on 17/10/2018 from my PAYTM account but the amount was deducted from my PAYTM account but the amount was not recharged to my prepaid mobile. Upon checking with vodafone call center who is not all understanding the issue and simply saying like check with PAYTM. I went to vodafone store and showed my PAYTM order screen shot which says clearly that amount paid successfully to vodafone company and they raised the vodafone consumer request also but I don’t get any response from Vodafone and amount Rs. 199 has not recharged to my mobile till now. I have attached PAYTM successfully paid screent shot also here. This is kind of like Vodafone is forging my amount illegally.
Can you please anyone help me to get back to my amount Rs.199 which I paid to Vodafone?
