I recharge my bsnl mobile for 197 .but recharge didn’t happen. I contacted customer care.they said money can’t be refunded. they were asking for remote access of device to see problem in mobile. I suspect theade people are fraud and making money from thousand of people in the name of recharge ftom google. Google should not entertain and dont put them on top three on Google search engine for mobile recharge..

Now what to do ..they wte asking balance in account..

kindly refund my money used for recharge
