Respected sir/ma’am
I, Sandeep Moun bought an iPhone during October last year through one of my friend’s Flipkart account. I have all the details including the address to which it was delivered (my permanent address), the transaction and bank details through which payment was done, order id, etc. I have been using this phone for the past one year but recently I started facing some issues with the phone and wanted to get the warranty extended. Earlier, my friend forgot to share the invoice and now I have lost his contact from my phone and need the invoice for getting the warranty extended.
I contacted Flipkart multiple times and have talked to the support service for multiple hours but they either hung up on me after putting on hold for several minutes ensuring that they’re gonna help me by making me talk to the authorized person or they tell me that they have sent the mail to Deepak’s (my friend’s) mail id. As I have lost his contact details, I am unable to contact him.
It is my right to get the invoice of my own phone and as I have all the details except his contact number, I deserve to get some help from Flipkart be it his contact number or the invoice. I feel harassed as so much of my time and energy has been taken up in the process.
Kindly help me out here. I’ll be extremely thankful to you.
