Text of Complaint by Pankaj Deswal:

I have ordered Vivo V23 5G (Stardust Black, 12GB RAM, 256GB Storage) mobile from Amazon on 6th August 2023. on 10th August 2023 deliver boy came, the package was intact fully sealed, but inside that mobile box seal was broken and there was no mobile inside that. My husband gave that box to deliver boy itslef in anger. I raised compaint against that, Amazon team told me that we will investigate the case till 15th August. On 15th August again I contacted team, they told me that investigation team found that delivery was successful. Now I have to bear loss of 30k. I want my refund with extra money because from what fraud situation I am going through as full Amazon team is fraud, they can’t investigate matter with no truth.
