Been waiting since September for code to unlock my phone. I have spoken to 16 yes 16 advisors and two mangers about this issue. I’ve been without a phone for 2 months now. They are not bothered one little bit.keep giving me the same old lies, give us 10 days, then again give us 10 days. Then a manager will contact you in72 hours. I’ve had enough now so I tell them I will buy a replacement phone now because I am desperate . I ask will you pay the cost….. no answer. And to add insult, the customer care adviser sulked on me today and said ‘’ if you talk over me I shall not answer ‘’ and she sulked and went quiet . Great training I think. I really could write more and more pages , they are liars and not to be trusted. Keep away /
