I ordered Nothing Phone 2 via Flipkart on 15 July 2023. My order ID is OD328627838553530100, I received product on 20 July 2023. Delivery condition is Open box in front of delivery boy but delivery boy give OTP via voice call from me. He is not waiting for me to reach place of delivery & he hand over parcel to security guard I come within 1 minute and take parcel the parcel logistic cartoon/box is sealed after that I come to home I open the parcel that time I also shooting the video of unboxing I found mobile phone company seal broken also broken/ tampered product box. I call the customer care about that incident but they failed to give explanation about tampered box/broken seal. I want to take severe action against Flipkart E-commerce also seller (Shreyash Retail Private Limited). Please help me.
