Dear Sir/Madam,
I have done a recharge on 16th June-2021 on my mobile Number 6238891840, but not get recharged, but the amount deducted from my bank account. At the time of recharge which has popup a message that, the recharge done unsuccessfully, your amount will be credited to your accounts soon. But not yet received any amount from the same. So please do the needful to recredit the amount to my account as soon as possible.
