Reference to above I Mr. Manoj kumar recharged my jio sim card using jio UPI, on 23 rd December the amount of Rs 399/- was debited from my account and transfer to vide no – 5097717162084 UPI / DR / 035816351741 / RELIENCE / CITI / jio@citibank / payment but the recharge was not done .
Kindly look into this matter and take necessary action pl.
