Text of Complaint by Saumitra Das:

27-October-2020: I ordered POCO M2 Pro mobile from Flipkart. Order ID: OD220065720645863000.

30-October-2020: It was updated on Flipkart that my phone has been delivered. I also got a mail regarding the same. But we didn’t receive the phone. The person from Flipkart was supposed to deliver the phone after receiving a 4-digit pin from the receiver. But I assumed the delivery boy from Flipkart delivered it to someone else without taking the pin and without following standard procedures.

We raised an issue regarding the same. Initially they said that they delivered the phone to the right address but we have asked if they have the pin from the receiver, they got scared and logged an issue on the Flipkart portal.

31-Oct-2020: They updated the issue saying that it will be resolved by 07-Nov. They also called on phone saying that the product is misplaced and will be delivered by 07-Nov.

7-Nov-2020: They updated “We apologise for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue. We request you to provide us time till 09 Nov, 9:08 AM to get back to you.”

8-Nov-2020: Flipkart closed the issue without confirming. When we called, they kept on saying that the mobile phone has been delivered to you and we can’t do anything about it. We posted this issue on Twitter and then they have opened the issue again. But we don’t know if they will solve it properly.

We are already dealing with a lot of problems in this covid situation and on top of that, Flipkart is harassing us by taking our money and not delivering the product. Moreover, they have handed the phone to the wrong person without following standard procedures and claiming that it was us to whom they have delivered.

Please help us by taking proper action.
