I have ordered some products on 12.05.2021 from amazon india website vide order No 404-9998521-9196365.
One of the products ordered was One redmi Note 10 pro Max.
I have received other products in the order but the phone was not delivered yet in the record of amazon it is stating as delivered.
Also customer service chat support has told that there is nothing they can do in this matter.
Since I have not received the product and being subjected for utter ridicule I sincerely request to kindly guide me in this matter.
