I have order Redmi note 10 pro max mobile with exchange of Redmi 9 prime. The order was out for delivery and the agent ran a device exchange verification code and the verification failed. He re attempted delivery and again same thing happened. Contacted amazon regarding this they asked to cancel and reorder. Did the same and again the same issue is back. Verified IMEI with amazon and its matching. Delivery agent driver support also denied any assistance. They simply asked to pay full money to take delivery. Which is a scam.
