Sir,
I have ordered for a Readme Note 7 Pro Smart phone on 25.05.2020 by online payment of rs.2999/-. My order no.PDS 2309 with PHONEDEALS. However I received a parcel on 02.06.2020 from PhoneDeals, quoting GSTIN 06ABFGA1000M1ZN and bar code no.2601564131 with product name Note 7 Pro, quantity one, customer care no.8447215464, email ID reachusforenquires@gmail.com. Inside the parcel was containing 2 small keypad mobile phones without any future of a smart phone. I have ordered for this phone, but only Note 7 Pro smart phone. The customer care no. is always switched off. Mail to the email ID is not being responded. Please take suitable action for a resolution.
