I purchase my mobile backcase on July 3rd 2023 which doesn’t suits my mobile so I gave request for pick up that back and return my money back, this one over the phone call I did nearly 5times no response from Amazon later I texted like chat support no response now ivr says my return period have exhausted I need my money back with the phone allowance and time wasted on this issue
