Respected sir,
i had recently bought mobile iphone 6 refurbished on paytm mall on september 1 and received the order on september 9 when i received it was working for one day properly nad after the screen was glitching and and its having the software problem i tried to call the executive since september 5 onwards but i am unable to get back to you customer executive. So please kindly help me out with this. i had paid 9000 please not even 10 days i had received the mobile.this is really a bad from your side not hAVING A PROPER CHANNEL TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE CENTER..
