The Redmi Note 10S mobile has been purchased on the date 29.05.2022. Delivery was made with a brand new seal packed on the date 31.05.2022. The same day while I used the mobile to make a call, play youtube and plug in the charging, the mobile gets overheating issue.
I have made a request to return the product to Flipkart but it has not been returned by Flipkart.
There are many attempts have been made but all times my request gets rejected.
