Dear Sir/madam,
I have ordered a mobile model Genex Galaxy M21 smartphone 6GB/128 GB (ravel black) via phonedeals.co.in on 24 th may, 2020 via order number PDS1842.
I received an parcel on 28th. May, 2020 by courier service XpressBees AWB No. 14197520086824. The parcel was a box labelled by the model ordered and the address mention.
After opening the box instead of ordered mobile phone with single unit I received two units of the Q-TEL phone which is not a smartphone nor do have any features of smart phone.
However customer care number 8447215464 is also not responding.
Moreover GST number mention in bill is 06ABFGA1000M1ZN
Please help to get the model ordered.
