I order Samsung F22 mobile on 16.07.22 in flipkart.com .
Order Id – OD125484153623383000.
My actual delivery date is 17.07.22.
But I got message on 17.07.22 like your product delivery is delayed , so that your product ll be delivered in next 3 days(19.07.22) . So waited 3 days and then I called flipkart customer care , then they said simply it will take another 3 days to delivered (23.07.22). So again waited till 23.07.22. But I didn’t received mobile till 23.07.22. So that again I called flipkart customer care , again thay said simply , you have to wait another 4 days to get your mobile 27.07.22. But suddenly on 23.07.22 evening I got message like your order has been canceled and your amount has been refunded. Without my knowledge simply they canceled my order even though after I waited one week for my mobile . Till today 25.07.22 my amount is not refunded. Flipkart customer care was very worst reply to me , they are just updating they status , not giving any solutions to my problem .
I think flipcart doing new kind of business like saying offer and then after Cutomer ordered product they were keeping our order in delay and increased the price rate and making cancel without customer knowledge.
Im a flipkart plus member , but they were very worst response to me .
