I had requested to port my BSNL Number to Jio on 29th November 2018. Despite lapse of near a months time i being asked to wait for few more weeks by jio, although i have got clearance from current operator for number portability.
The New TRAIs rule suggest that it should not take more than 04 days to port a number to any operator, but Reliance jio seems be taking the said instructions for granted and are unnecessarily making the customers to wait for weeks even months just to port a mobile number. Hope prompt action is initiated against the defaulter keeping in view the above stated facts.
