My phone number is 7381659915.
I’m Vodafone Idea Sim User from many years back.
My phone number isn’t working since 3 days. When I found my mobile number has no network, and I found after calling by another number to my number : on IVR says that the number is not available and check the number. I called up the customer care by another mobile number and they said that the number is not showing in their system and also saying that the number is non-vodafone idea. even after I used this number as Vi Sim before no network incident, even I didn’t ported to any other sim company. I visited the Vodafone Idea store,
Every customer care exicutive, every officer says that this number is not in their system and non-Vi number, even I’m using the number from many years as Vi user. I want to tell you that Just few days before I recharged this number for 2 months. Still the problem is not solved.
suddenly my number doesn’t exist. How can it be possible ?
