Text of Complaint by RAVIKUMAR:

used vodafone network Postpaid Number 2 months before then I changed network to airtel. We paid Advanced postpaid amount Rs.50 in vodafone network, after that they blocked this no. (9789243319) because of Outstanding payment on 06/02/2023 after that we called vodafone network, they promise to release after paid. On that same day we paid and attached the payment receipt, but they did not release the sim card number.I requested and called so many times to customer service (both vodafone and airtel) but we did not get proper response from them. This is a business account number, We lost banking transaction, loss of business dealing, and government Tenders etc…

Kindly considered the problem and reply soon as possible. But Till Now There is no response
