I have ordered Redmee 10 power Mobile phone from Amazon.in. When I opened The box there was no Mobile in side only charger and usb chord was inside the box. I have paid 12000 Rupees for the mobile in advance. The order was not COD. When I compliment to Amazon the did not resolved my Query and Kept me waiting for 10 Days. The Amazon also representative also emailed and Informed that my This case will not be addressed further. I m at loss neither I received The mobile nor the company has refunded me. The investigation is also not done properly by the company.
