I have ordered Realme C33 mobile from Flipkart on 27th Sep 2022. Order id is OD226110544659984000 which agreed delivery was Sat 1st Oct. Since delivery address was my Office address, I chose the option to change the delivery date to Tue 4th Oct. However ever since then my order is not delivered till date. Then i followed up my self for delay in the delivery of the products. But again they extended the delivery date to Sat 08th Oct 2022. Again the problem was for me as my office remains closed on Saturday, but just for this I went on Saturday too. However again to my surprise there was no SMS, no email for delivery on Sat 08th Oct. I followed up again with Complaint # IN22093013341254082914 after talking to Senior Executive named Vipul(didn’t gave his Last name when I asked). He too mentioned you will recieve call after 4 hours from Logistics department & it will be sorted out then.
But then No call , No status SMS or email anything. I am again left to wait n watch. I called them again on their Customer Support phone #1800 208 9898. Now they started with new story & saying the status shows will be delivered again after 6 days i.e. by 13th Oct.
This is kind of really frustrating & didn’t expected while buying from Flipkart site. I feel I am being cheated as I made all my full Payment & also waited for more than 12 days but still didn’t received my product.
Looks like this incident is not new to Flipkart. Within this period of time (from 30th Sep 2022 to 08th Oct) I made contact with flipkart customer care for the reason of the delay in delivery of products frequently but they answered that the product will be delivered on the mentioned date which was not constant.
I am very much harassed with this procedure and I want my products to be delivered at the earliest else my ordered amount to be refunded.
