I have port my 9873083086 mobile no from jio to vodafone after 15days ago my no is deactivated after that i have raised complained in vodafone submitted all documents i have visited his mini store 4-5 times and finally i have visited main store 50km away kanchipuram from there i have not got any help they have given me a new sim but sim is still not working network is not coming in sim i have talked to main store person again he said in evening will come then evening he said in morning will come now customer care said in 2 hours will come and after 2 hours they are saying tomorrow.
please help me i am not able to do any thing i am haveing single sim i am not able to talk my family i am harassed by vodafone mentally physically financially till date have spent up to 1k without any reson but they are not taking it seriously.
pls take my complain seriously and help me
