Text of Complaint by DEVENDRA Singh:

I was port my mobile no. From BSNL post paid to Airtel Prepaid.
5 month ago.
I paid all dues before porting. And rs 500 was security deposit with BSNL.
After 2 month with Airtel I received a msg from airtel customer care that Rs 36.36 was pending from u r side to BSNL.
On 11 aug my no was temporarily deactivated for NPD.
I visited Airtel Rajapark branch and they not accept the online transaction receipt for number activation.
Again I visited BSNL office and make more Rs 50 payment and get hard copy of receipt.and submit to the Airtel Rajapark branch.
After 7 days it repeat.
At that time I was in indore M.P
I visited again to Airtel store Vikram tower and they uploaded the hard copy of receipt again and my no was activated again.
Daily I got msg from airtel for overdue and every time I replied as payment done on 11 and 12 Aug.
On 29 I got msg from Airtel that the no was permanently deactivated.
I visited Airtel on same day ,they try to solve the issue but they can’t
I purchased my vanity no. From BSNL at cost of Rs.2500 in 2011
From last 5 days I continue taking follow up with Airtel Rajapark. But they not able to activate the number.

I pay Rs. 49 on BSNL portal .
